Helen has always enjoyed baking and is happiest when in her kitchen. Helen used to make preserves and sell them locally at shows but then Covid-19 and the lockdown came along. She was unable to sell them in person so decided to give selling online a go. After all,  there is only so much a family can eat so selling to the public meant she could spend more time in the kitchen.

The fruit and vegetable that can be grown in the UK Helen grows in her allotment or garden so that she could then harvest in her preserves. The whole concept from growing the fruit and vegetables, preparing them and then creating delicious jars of chutneys, jams, jellies, etc Helen finds so rewarding. 

Products that cannot be grown in the UK like Bananas, Kiwis, Pineapples, Mangoes to name but a few. Helen purchases via Crowd-farming which means that she is able to source produce direct from the farmers who grow them.
