When you grow Runner Beans, who doesn't have too many to know what to do with them all
This is a chutney using some of the excess, and I have cut them down to approximately an inch in length so they should be easier to eat.
Ingredients:
Green Beans, Onion, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Cornflour, Mustard, Turmeric, Salt
